The Site IT Specialist will lead and operate the IT backbone for Novartis’ new Morrisville manufacturing sites, ensuring reliable, compliant technology operations that support manufacturing and go-live readiness. This on-site role partners with global Data, Digital & IT, engineering, vendors, and local leaders to translate requirements, embed governance, and hand over operational services. The position focuses on preparing the site for steady-state operations while maintaining security, quality, and service management standards.
