Site Lead, Facility Management

This role oversees data center operations and maintenance, ensuring 100% uptime for critical infrastructure systems including electrical, mechanical, and fire suppression equipment. Responsibilities include developing standard operating procedures, managing change advisory boards, conducting technical inspections, and leading disaster response and correction programs while maintaining regulatory compliance. The candidate will also mentor junior staff, manage vendor relationships, and oversee audit preparations to meet Green Mark and TIA standards.
