Site Lead - Wind Plant

The Site Lead assists in managing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of utility-scale wind plants, supporting the Plant Manager with turbine and BOP works, administrative duties, and team supervision. This role ensures maximum plant availability and reliability while maintaining strict compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. The position involves troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, performing preventive maintenance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
