The Site Lead supports and helps oversee the Advanced Special Operations Techniques (ASOT) program, ensuring courses align with commanders’ objectives and are delivered on time and within scope. The role coordinates budgets, reporting, resources, and stakeholder communication while reporting to the Program Manager. The Site Lead also supports personnel management and recruiting to maintain a roster of qualified training staff.
