About this role
Nightwing is hiring a Site Lead to assist in overseeing and coordinating Advanced Special Operations Techniques (ASOT) training programs, including ASOT Manager’s Course and Operational Risk Management Course. The role supports program execution by managing budgets, reporting, resources, and stakeholder coordination to ensure courses meet commanders’ objectives and are delivered on time. The Site Lead reports to the Program Manager and supports contract administration and personnel readiness for training delivery.
