About this role

This role leads the Training Centre Operations team within the Defence & Security unit, managing a group of 12+ employees who provide operational and maintenance support for the CH146 simulator. The incumbent ensures resource availability, oversees quality and safety programs, and acts as the primary liaison with the Technical Authority and government stakeholders. Key duties include managing site human resources, developing technical training plans, and reporting on key performance indicators to meet contractual obligations.
