Site Leader

The Site Leader is accountable for the daily operations of a small-site, serving as the primary point of contact for a small team and escalating facility-related issues to leadership. This role ensures acceptable profit levels and customer service expectations are met while performing contracted office services such as copy, courier, and mail services. The position acts as the on-site representative for customer issues and contract compliance at locations without a dedicated Site Manager.
