Responsibilities

Support the management and monitoring of clinical trial sites across the lifecycle
Manage and maintain Trial Master File documentation for inspection readiness
Track study progress, site metrics, and identify potential risks or delays
Coordinate study-related logistics such as payments, supplies, and document workflows
Mentor junior CTAs and provide guidance to administrative staff
