The Site Management Operations Lead serves as the operational owner for RV Tech's facilities in the region, ensuring sites are safe, functional, and running smoothly. This hands-on role oversees day-to-day operations, EHS&S compliance, vendor management, and budget planning for multiple buildings in Belgrade and Berlin. The position acts as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related needs, coordinating with global leads, regional stakeholders, and local teams to maintain consistent operational standards.
