Site Manager Perrysburg

Provides overall leadership for ensuring the safe, cost-effective, efficient, and environmentally responsible production of products at the NBO facility in alignment with business plans and company objectives. Accountable for all aspects of site performance and all personnel on site. Responsible for building organizational capability, driving strategic execution, and sustaining a high-performing, people-centered culture. Participates as a member of the APS Americas Manufacturing Management Team and collaborates across sites and functions to advance manufacturing strategy and performance. Establishes a strong, visible leadership presence across the site, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and engagement at all levels of the organization.
