Site Manager

This position is responsible for the overall site management of operations at an oilseed processing facility, including day-to-day supervision, career development of employees, and plant cost management. The role involves monitoring plant productivity, overseeing safety and risk management, and interacting with various corporate entities to ensure efficient operations. The Site Manager will establish controls for compliance, nurture a culture focused on safety and efficiency, and coordinate staff to meet corporate quality standards and customer expectations.
