The Site Manager serves as the on-site execution lead for large-scale automation and material handling installation projects, ensuring accurate documentation and clear communication for project leadership. This role requires full-time on-site presence throughout project installation and commissioning in distribution, fulfillment, and parcel-sortation environments. The position acts as the primary boots-on-the-ground representative to verify shipments, monitor progress, and coordinate with trades and subcontractors.
