Site Manager

This role is responsible for ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of customers while managing site operations, including maintenance, training, and customer service. The position involves overseeing daily activities, conducting inspections, handling lease and showings, and ensuring budget targets are met through effective service. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and support to the Customer Care Team while maintaining strong communication with all site associates.
