About this role
The Site Microbiologist will lead the Contamination Control Strategy and Plan at the Wilmington Biotech Campus to ensure manufacturing processes comply with company policies, cGMPs and applicable health agency regulations. The role supports commissioning, qualification, and validation activities during facility development and collaborates with global and cross-functional teams to enable manufacture of antibody drug conjugates and other high-potency compounds. It sits within Site Quality leadership and focuses on building a quality culture that delivers compliant, right-first-time supply to patients worldwide.
