A Site Navigator II manages the start-up and closeout phases of clinical studies, serving as the primary contact for investigative sites to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth activation. The role involves coordinating activities between sponsors, CROs, and clinical staff with limited oversight, acting as a knowledge resource to mentor junior colleagues.
