About this role

The Site Operations Excellence Leader drives Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the site, serving as the primary change agent to foster a culture of operational excellence. This role partners with cross-functional teams to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost competitiveness while developing organizational capability through coaching and training. The position is responsible for deploying Lean strategies, leading improvement projects, and sustaining daily management systems to achieve measurable operational and financial results.

Responsibilities

Lead Lean Manufacturing strategy and continuous improvement initiatives across the site
Facilitate Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping to optimize operational performance
Train and coach employees on Lean methodologies and problem-solving frameworks
