About this role

The Site Operations Manager I leads the clinical study management team to ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of clinical studies while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact for client study teams and oversees all operational aspects of clinical trials in compliance with corporate SOPs, GCP/ICH guidelines, and applicable regulations. The position is responsible for end-to-end execution of clinical trials, including planning, execution, and close-out, while managing study metrics, budgets, and cross-functional team performance.

Responsibilities

Lead multifunctional study management teams to deliver clinical studies on time and on budget
Oversee end-to-end execution of clinical trials ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulations
Manage study budgets, financial records, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives
