About this role

As a Site Payments Analyst at ICON, you will manage site payments and subject reimbursements for assigned clinical studies in accordance with Clinical Trial Agreements and regulations. This role involves developing payment strategies, verifying contract requirements within the site payment system, and ensuring timely processing of funds for clinical trial sites, investigators, and patients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for investigational sites regarding payment inquiries while performing quality control and reconciliation reviews.

Approve and escalate site and patient payment issues timely
