About this role
JPI is seeking a Site Planning Specialist based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to support initial site due diligence and planning for multifamily projects. The role focuses on identifying site development constraints, proposing mitigation strategies, and supporting site design, infrastructure planning, and constructability evaluations from site selection through schematic design. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and third-party consultants to deliver projects on schedule while ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
