Site Reliability Engineer - Fleet Command & Control

As one of Etched's first Site Reliability Engineers, you will build the command-and-control layer for the company's fleet of frontier inference systems, defining system health signals, setting alerting standards, and automating recovery workflows. You will be responsible for designing scalable detection and response systems, routing events to the appropriate engineers, and ensuring operational excellence through incident management and on-call rotations. This role involves hands-on debugging of production incidents, correlating data across software and hardware layers, and collaborating with various teams to raise the reliability bar for services.
