The Site Reliability Engineer at Handoff is responsible for owning and improving the reliability, scalability, and observability of the company’s AI-driven construction platform. The role is highly hands-on and involves close collaboration with Backend, Fullstack, Data, and AI engineers to ensure systems are production-ready and built to scale. The engineer will shape infrastructure decisions, prioritize user impact and developer velocity, and lead reliability practices across the organization. This position is based in São Paulo within a distributed, fast-paced, and product-focused environment.
