About this role

As a Site Reliability Engineer on the Platform team, you will design and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructures to support web services and machine learning workloads. You will balance day-to-day operations with long-term engineering improvements, focusing on high availability, incident response, and infrastructure automation across multiple HPC clusters. This role requires close collaboration with software engineers and AI/ML researchers to ensure system reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructures for web services and ML workloads
Operate production systems and troubleshoot issues including on-call incident response
Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems to minimize downtime
