Fingerprint is seeking its first dedicated Site Reliability Engineer to establish and enforce reliability standards across the organization. The role focuses on making reliability measurable through SLIs and SLOs, raising the operational bar for incident response and change safety, and building an SRE mindset within engineering teams. This position reports directly to the VP of Engineering and requires a blend of technical leadership, hands-on engineering, and coaching to improve system resilience.
