Site Reliability Engineer

The Site Reliability Engineer ensures the reliable capture, transport, and delivery of continuous biosensor data from participants to clinical researchers and trial sponsors. This role involves building monitoring, defining service level objectives, managing incident response, and automating checks to maintain critical data flows and device reliability. The position requires investigating end-to-end device failures and turning investigations into durable improvements to keep clinical data complete and trustworthy at scale.
