Site Reliability Engineering Lead

This role leads the Site Reliability Engineering function to define and drive the organization's reliability engineering strategy, bridging software development and operations through engineering discipline. The position is responsible for owning the end-to-end reliability posture of production systems, building and mentoring a high-performing SRE team, and championing observability-led engineering through full-stack Dynatrace adoption and AIOps integration. The role serves as the primary reliability engineering partner to development and platform leadership, shaping architecture decisions and automation strategy.
