Site Reliability Engineering Manager

This role involves growing and maintaining a high-performing team of Site Reliability Engineers through recruiting, mentoring, and development. The position is responsible for defining roadmaps to improve platform resilience, automation, and reduce manual toil while driving the firm's SRE strategy. The manager will oversee project prioritization, stakeholder management, and the implementation of SLIs, SLOs, and actionable alerts to ensure production availability and an excellent customer experience.
