Site Reliability Operations Technical Lead

This role serves as the senior technical individual contributor for reliability and support at the Durham, North Carolina site, owning technical service delivery and acting as the support point of last resort for regional and global platform teams. The position provides technical leadership to site support engineers, drives out recurring problems, and leads the site through major incidents while setting technical standards for the team. The successful candidate will balance deep technical troubleshooting with executive communication and strategic project leadership.
