Site Security Manager

The Site Security Manager will lead physical security operations for Nebius' London office, overseeing day‑to‑day security posture, protecting employees, visitors, assets and infrastructure. The role involves developing and maintaining security policies, managing CCTV and access‑control systems, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating with law enforcement and internal teams. It is a hands‑on leadership position that requires managing external vendors and front‑desk security staff while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and UK regulations.
