Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor oversees the day-to-day supervision, coordination, and quality assurance of electrical engineers and improvers conducting EICRs, RLM testing, and remedial works across the NHG contract. Reporting to the Qualified Supervisor, the role ensures statutory compliance, safety, and efficiency while acting as the first point of escalation for operational issues. The position involves coaching engineers, conducting site inspections, and maintaining high standards of workmanship and technical compliance.
