The Site VPS Manager leads and develops the Valeo Production System and Industrial Digitalization activities across the site, driving continuous improvement and Lean initiatives. This role involves managing and coaching the VPS & Digitalization team while coordinating digitalization projects with various internal and external stakeholders.
