Ski Patrol Training Coordinator - Winter 26/27

The Ski Patrol Training Coordinator establishes and manages a consistent training program to prepare Ski Patrollers for mountain hazards and high-quality guest service. This role accelerates specialized knowledge and practical skills while ensuring a consistent baseline of proficiency across the department. The coordinator reports to the Ski Patrol Director and collaborates with Team Leads, Hill Captains, and Snow Safety to plan, deliver, and evaluate training activities.
