Ski & Snowboard Instructor

Ski & Snowboard Instructors create a welcoming, inclusive, and community-oriented learning environment by providing safe, engaging, and encouraging instruction to guests of all ages and ability levels. Instructors teach skiing, snowboarding, or both while helping guests build confidence, develop skills, and enjoy their experience on the mountain. This role requires strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to adapt instruction to different learning styles and group needs while maintaining a high standard of safety, guest service, and teamwork.
