Ski Team Coach

Ski Team Coaches at Palisades Tahoe are responsible for implementing curriculum and facilitating skill development for athletes aged 7-20 within the Development and Alpine U-System teams. The role focuses on delivering high-quality training environments, ensuring athlete retention, and fostering personal and athletic growth in alignment with the company's mission. Coaches work under the direction of the Head Coach and Director to provide exceptional guest experiences and maintain safety standards on the mountain.
