Skills and Development Coach

First Intuition seeks a Skills and Development Coach to support Level 3, 4, and 7 accountancy apprentices through their training programs. The role involves holding regular review meetings, monitoring learner progression against apprenticeship standards, and guiding development using a bespoke e-portfolio system. Successful candidates will manage records, support learners through End Point Assessments, and represent the brand to clients and apprentices with exceptional communication skills.
