Skills Development Officer- NOA

A technical cooperation role within the ILO Ankara office supporting the 'Promoting Decent Work for Syrians under Temporary Protection' project. The Skills Development Officer will manage work-based learning programs, lead skills needs assessments, and facilitate employment access for refugees and Turkish citizens across 18 provinces. The position involves close collaboration with government entities, employers' organizations, and implementing partners to deliver skills development initiatives funded by the KfW Development Bank.
