Skills Trainer

The Skills Trainer supports individuals with long-term disabilities in navigating the MassHealth Personal Care Attendant (PCA) program to live with greater independence. This role involves assessing personal care needs, guiding consumers through the application process, and providing hands-on education to manage their own care. The position combines office and community-based work to build lasting relationships with the individuals served.
