Sleep Nurse Navigator

The Sleep Nurse Navigator serves as the primary nursing and care coordination resource for Sleep Surgery patients within the Neuroscience department at the University of Chicago Medical Center. This role involves providing in-clinic support, preparing patients for procedures, and coordinating care throughout the patient journey via phone and MyChart. The position also manages prior authorizations, sleep study requisitions, and serves as a liaison for pediatric ENT coordination and clinical trial patients.
