About this role
The Wellbeing Worker (Mental Health Worker) role supports participants with mental health challenges in a short-term residential PARC program in Narre Warren. This part-time position provides one-to-one support, facilitates groups and activities, and collaborates with clinical and multidisciplinary teams to deliver recovery-focused care. The service operates as a community-based step-up/step-down sub-acute mental health facility staffed 24/7.
