Slitter Operator - Operative

The Slitter Operator supports the operation of the entire slitting department, including loading, setting up, and operating slitting machines to produce product according to customer standards. The role involves performing all required testing and paperwork, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring material meets quality requirements throughout the production run. The operator is responsible for maintaining a safe workplace, following EHS and Quality systems, and communicating daily with management and shift personnel.
