Slot Technician

This role is responsible for providing exemplary guest service by performing general maintenance and minor repairs on slot machines and related equipment on the gaming floor. The position involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting machine malfunctions, and assisting with installs, moves, and cash-related procedures. The technician must maintain detailed records, adhere to safety and confidentiality policies, and support the Drop Team and Cage department as needed.
