The Arc of King County
The SLP Behavior Support Coordinator is a full-time leadership role responsible for supporting participants with high or complex behavior support needs within The Arc of King County's Supported Living Program. This position focuses on building relationships, translating participant goals into community opportunities, and ensuring compliance with state regulations and individualized support plans. The coordinator also provides direct support during behavioral crises and oversees a team of Direct Support Professionals.
