Per diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) providing home health visits to adult and geriatric patients across Northern Virginia. The clinician conducts evaluations, develops and revises individualized treatment plans, and delivers therapy for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The role is part of a multidisciplinary home health team focused on enabling patients to remain safely at home.
