About this role
Sila is seeking an intern to join the Slurry & Coating R&D team to support the development and evaluation of high-energy lithium-ion battery anode materials. The role focuses on hands-on laboratory work and experimentation to develop slurry and coating recipes and characterize the relationship between electrode components, processing, and electrochemical performance. This is a 6-month (or longer) onsite co-op/internship beginning in June 2026.
