Small Assembly Planner/Programmer

The Small Assembly Planner/Programmer is responsible for planning, programming, and optimizing fabrication work using CNC and fabrication software, primarily ProNest and EnRoute. The role translates engineering designs into efficient cut and form programs, supports production flow, and collaborates with engineering, production, and materials teams to ensure high‑quality, on‑time fabrication output.
