The Small Grants Programme Coordinator will oversee the implementation of the GEF Small Grants Programme in Eswatini, managing the country programme team and ensuring effective grant management. The role involves supporting locally-led adaptation and resilience initiatives, integrating gender mainstreaming, and facilitating resource mobilization and partnerships. The coordinator will also drive knowledge management, monitoring, and progress controls to achieve environmental and sustainable development goals.
