Small Group Implementation Lead

The Small Group Implementation Lead partners with Implementation Managers to ensure the smooth implementation of services for new group accounts and the installation of expanded services for existing customers. This role is also responsible for the annual renewal process for small group accounts, working with internal and external teams to drive deliverables and manage timelines. The position oversees the implementation process, leads project planning, and serves as the primary point of contact for executing vendor changes and strategic initiatives.
