A Smart Campaign Lead (hybrid, Glasgow) supporting the creation and execution of smart-meter customer communications and proactive multi-channel campaigns to generate installation appointments. The role monitors campaign performance and conversion rates, provides insight and briefing support across Retail, Marketing, Data and Digital teams, and helps optimise messaging pre-, during and post-install. It reports to the Customer Engagement Manager and supports compliance with industry obligations.
