SME Advisor

The SME Advisor leads the commercial management of the Small and Medium Enterprise segment, providing personalized attention, support, and timely, high-quality solutions to current and potential clients in the area. The role focuses on meeting clients' financial needs while ensuring service universality across SME, Individual, and Digital segments. This position involves developing business with new and existing clients, visiting and advising clients to identify and cover their global financial needs, and maintaining updated client visit information and digital files. The advisor is responsible for processing compensation chamber transactions, managing client documentation regularization, and proposing new products and services to SMEs.
