SME Exercise Planner

Dynamis is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) Exercise Planner to lead exercise planning, conduct, and evaluation for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Exercises Subdivision’s Infrastructure Security Exercise Branch (ISEB). The role involves supporting full-spectrum exercise services in accordance with Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) guidelines for discussion- and operations-based exercises addressing all hazards threat scenarios for critical infrastructure owners and operators. The position requires expertise in designing, planning, and executing federally recognized exercise planning doctrine exercises, including Full-Scale Exercises (FSEs).
