Smoke House Operator - 1st Shift

This position is responsible for hauling raw or cooked racked product plant-wide and managing the weighing, loading, and movement of product into and out of smokehouses, steam boxes, and chills. The role involves operating brine, garner, and air chills while documenting product temperatures and ensuring proper spacing and positioning of racks. Additional duties include maintaining general housekeeping standards, operating powered rack-moving equipment, and complying with all safety and quality control specifications.
